Our unparalleled customer service demonstrates the value and care given to our clients during and post construction works. The benefit to our clients is that they feel involved throughout the development of the project. We foster a close working relationship with clients from inception to completion of the project, to ensure complete client satisfaction.

Site Management of the works are carried out by Haro Levonian on a daily basis and he reports to clients regarding progress. Prior to commencement of the works, a Gant Chart is produced showing all of the trade activities. This chart is updated on a regular basis to indicate progress or otherwise and any remedial action to be taken if required to bring the project in on schedule. This helps our clients to understand the sequencing of the works.

Site Meetings are held on a fortnightly basis or as necessary as the project requires, to discuss progress of the works, budgets, quality control, materials ordering, variations and other issues that may arise. This means that our clients ultimately know the status of the project at any given stage.

Progress Claims are submitted at the end of each month showing the agreed and approved percentage of works carried out by each trade. The progress claim will show the full breakdown of trades and activities of the works. The advantage to our clients is that they will be able to monitor expenditure against works performed.

Quality Assurance is achieved by regular monitoring of workmanship by the trade contractors and delivery of materials to site in accordance with the Building Code of Australia (BCA) and Australian Standards.

Construction Cost Estimates are provided in detail to establish budgets for the construction works. This enables the Client to feel confident that costs are controlled. A site visit will also be carried out to assess the proposed site. The estimate is broken down to trade and suppliers including but not limited to the following:

  1. Earthworks
  2. Concrete
  3. Steelwork
  4. Carpentry
  5. Plumbing
  6. Electrical
  7. Roofing
  8. Plasterboard
  9. Windows and Doors
  10. Finishes
  11. Preliminaries (Builder’s costs)

Typical fees for Cost Estimates are based on the following:

Residential Single Storey: (150m2 – 250m2 ) : $2,500-00 – $3,500.00 Plus GST

Residential Double Storey: (251m2 – 350m2 ) : $4,000-00 – $6,500-00 Plus GST
